Yes it true on my machine.
Under cat 3.7's I now have four monitors. Two 22 inch iiyama Pro 512 and two Samsung 181T lcd. I can remember buying the extra two but it the cats 3.7 insist on it.
You can clean out your displays in the registry uninstall the 3.7's but those extra two virtual monitors reappear. Now all I need is a virtual desk to put them on.
