Best way to rip youtube videos

One of execs asked me how he could rip youtube videos and use them in powerpoint presentations. I briefly looked into it and there are Firefox extenstions and software packages.

I'm looking for easiest way that would have him end up with a video he can further use.

I do it rarely enough that I'm happy with this site (which usualy pops at the top of "youtube video download" search).

Gives links to both low & high quality.

Yeah, used this one extensively initially...but it gives you only the standard quality version (plus its AJAXy interface had some quirks from time to time/I had to reload it anyway)
