Soltek adapter for Cumine

Just came across an interesting link.http://www.soltek.com.tw/English/products/02d.htm
The slocket claims to have it's own voltage regulator to lower the power going to a CuMine Flip-chip if the mobo can't do it itself. Since I'd rather keep my current Asus P2B and not have to bump the voltage to 1.8 I rather interested. Does anyone know of an online store that stocks Soltek products?
