Just found that one if anybody is curious about it...
How do I enable UDMA66 support on my Winodws 2000 Intel platform?
UDMA66 support is disabled by default.
If your device supports it, and you have a proper 80-pin IDE cable, you can enable it by using Regedt32 to navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E96A-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000
On the Edit menu, Add Value name EnableUDMA66, as a type REG_DWORD value. Set the data value to 1.
Shutdown and restart your computer.
That's all folks.
