WinMil - 'phasing' start menu?
Win2K (as far as I can see) has a start menu that 'phases' in. Instead of sliding up from the button it is drawn by splattering pixels, so it fades in. Despite being gimmicky I kinda like the look of it.
NOw, as Millenium uses the win2K UI, the question is why doesn't millenium seem to do this? Is it a hidden registry flag? Or am I just being a doofus?
Any thoughts people?
