NT security help

Quick question. I'm trying to figure out a way to disable the right-click context menus and the Windows Key+Pause shortcut to the System Properties tab. Preferable not a software solution, but a registry hack. Makes it harder to bypass. We're using NT4 with either sp5 or 6
