It Certainly Looks Like Vsync is Enabled

I've had about a 20 fps drop in Quake II, between 43 and 44 fps at 1024x768, 16-bit, although, my Q3 Test scores remain about the same.

I'm sure someone will figure it out.

Matrox G400 32MB Retail/Vanilla
PIII 500
AOpen AX6BC Motherboard
384 Mb RAM
Turtle Beach Montego Xtreme (always a suspect)
Adaptec 2940 U2W SCSI adapter
Many SCSI drives (Zip drive has been very bad in the past)
3Comm 10Base-T PCI NIC (has been known to be naughty as well)
