DirectX7 and MarvelG200 (4.33)?

Anyone with this setup? I'm still with 4.33 for video editing stability.

Now I get a startup message from the Matrox Diagnostic tool, saying I have an old version of DirectX. No functionality problems yet....

Is this a bad combination (dx7 + 4.33)?
