how to make readable text on tv? (g40032megs)

I was wondering if anyone gets readable text w/g400 32 megs..dual head..vid card? i use to have the pci millenium and used the rainbow runner and the text is clear..really clear..but w/ this card..i cant read a single letter..its blurry..
whats the best setting for a 29 inch non flat tv..ntsc..
refresh rate..
resolution....

k6-2 350 128 ram..g400 32 mb ..dual head..
