Hi,
is there a tool that can set the refresh rates
for text and VESA modes ? (DOS and W98 preferably)
I found something in the Files section on
the Matrox site, but it doesn't work for
the G400 and seems to be for high res. VESA
modes only. (It's supposed to copy the Windows
refresh rates over to VESA, so no text mode
or 320x200)
My G400 runs at 70 Hz in textmode, which is
way too low for me.
Also: did anyone successfully manipulate the
console refresh rate in Linux (SVGATextmode) ?
I don't know if the generic "Matrox" setting
will work and I'm hesitant to try.
Regards,
Alexander Dietrich
