Have Matrox card again !!!
Yesterday I replaced TNT to my G400 aback.
And thank to Matrox I can real use it.
Good job Matrox !
This is good news. Bad news is that it is just first Win2k driver from Matrox whereas I had replaced 5 versions of win2k TNT drivers with full DirectX and OpenGL support.
