Apologies to Matrox (well, Ireland anyway!)
Hey,
I feel like shit now after my mild telling off on Matrox tech support, i FINALLY got through to their Ireland office, and a very nice lady sorted out my problem within 45 minutes!
I'll have my replacement by Tuesday :O)
