I just bought the G400 MAX and found that when I use DVDMax to watch NTCS (352x240) VCDs on my PAL (352x288) tv, the card seems to stretch the video vertically (240->288) and then cut it from the sides so that it fills the whole tv-screen thus keeping the aspect ratio the same.
Well, I don't really like that and was wondering if there was some kinf of a software workaround that would kinda letterbox the video, so it would use the original resolution and then leave black bars on top and bottom of the tv-screen ...
I tried the "Detect based on video window size" with Windws MediaPlayer (no affect) and PowerDVD (works, but not the correct way).
All help is appreciated.
