K7 Kinetiz-7A Win98se Beta 6.01 Drivers setup.exe Fails

The new beta drivers for win2000 loaded fine and are ok but the win98 setup.exe fails on an invalid page fault in setup.exe. I tried 2 downloads with the same result. Do you think it's the K7? Previous drivers 6.00 loaded fine. Does anyone else have this problem?
