G200 and Win2k Driver Problems

I just upgraded to win2k on my machine and downloaded the G200 drivers. I've tried 5.33, 5.04, 5.03 drivers and all of them lock up my computer when restart. I'm using Win2k SP1 and Mga-G200. Actually with PD 5.03, and 5.04, the computer just reboots itself after the first windows start up screen. While with 5.33, the computer totally freezes up. Anyone know how I can fix this? I'm currently stuck with the drivers that MS provided on the win2k cd.
