Millenium 2 AGP bios problem
I have a MilleniumII AGP that won't initialize my monitor. I attempted to update the bios using progbios and Setup351. It told me that it successfully updated the bios using 877-3.bin and that the bios was version 1.3RR. Still no luck with initializing the monitor. I phoned Matrox tech support and I was emailed the bin file that corresponded to the serial number of my card. I followed the directions and updated the bios. It updated the bios to version 1.4 now. Still no luck with initializing the monitor. By the way, I am using a Diamond PCI video card to do this. Using a program called MXINFO, I get errors with the card. When I use the -dead string for MXINFO, the properties of the card seem to display fine.
Is there anything I can do to get this card working? I am fairly technically literate and am not afraid of DOS programming.
