Parhelia refresh rate bug

Scenario

- Dualhead + TV
- Secondhand at 1600x1200
- unable to use anything above 60Hz!!

More specifically, 63Hz from PowerDesk-HF.
Tech support seems to think it is a hardware limitation, but apparently we know it is not. I have used PowerStrip to confirm that it is not a hardware limitation, as PowerStrip can make it go 75Hz.

Anyone has seen this bug, or have a workaround?

Right now, I run independant DH on two CRTs, both up at 1920x1440 @ 75Hz, but I had to find out that having both @ 2048x1536 caps refresh rates for CRT1 to 71Hz and CRT2 to 70Hz ...

Maybe there's a relation ?

Maggi, may I ask why you use 75Hz? Monitors, Parhelia, or because it is dividable by 25? Don't you notice the difference between 75 and 85 Hz?

multiple of 25fps and 100Hz is no option at 1920x1440

I used to run it at 1600x1200 @ 100Hz, but the length of our cables (~20m) gave me too much shadows and reflexes on my desktop.
