I just brought the matrox g550 and have the one with the dvi and the vga connections it came with a small white plug that seems to go on the dvi connection on the card, the question is can I connect the ctr to the plug that goes into the dvi port or is the other one the one that I plug into(which I have already done and it works, but I just want to see if there is a difference in the quality of picture from one port to the other). And if I plug into the dvi port how do I get the computer to reconize it as the #1 monitor? Or am I doing it correct and should leave it the way that it is....... Lynn Ross
