Drakan: at the very beginning of the game, I only get about 25 fps. When I look at certain buildings, the frame rate drops to 14 fps (1152x864).
Castrol Honda 2000: whenever the lens flare is visible, the frame rate drops to about 10 - 15 fps I guess. Any resolution higher than 1024x768 results in choppiness.
Is this normal with a G400 (overclocked to 150/200) and a PIII 600? Actually, I wouldn't think so.
