Help w/ OCing the G400 32MB

I just purchased the G400 "regular" version. I also downloaded the Matrox tweak and the "Beta" G400tweak. I am really new to overclocking my video card and do not have alot of experience doing it. If someone can help me out with any advice or ways setting it up in the GUI I would appreciate it. I do have all the current drivers for all my devices and it is a fresh install on Win98SE.
My system setup follows:
