A few good benchmarks...

I am looking for a somewhat standard demo to test CPU/video card stress in:
Half Life v39/1.0.1.3
UT Demo
Q3Arena DemoTest

All the Half Life demos I have found were all made using previous, incompatible versions, and I have failed to find a somewhat standard demo for CPU and video card stress in UT and Q3A. Is there any way to run old HalfLife .dems in the new version?
