i can´t start quake3 demo!

I´ve downloaded Q3Ademo.exe and installed it!
But when i try to start it i just get thrown out!

I got G400MAX with PII350 196RAM
I´ve tried with GLsetup and turboGL...

nothing helps me!
I´ve got the same problem with kingpin!

Anyone help me?
