Need Help with G200 and Grand Prix Legends
I am still trying to get the Matrox G200 patch (rastg200.dll) to work on my pc with Grand Prix Legends. I used to get page fault errors whenever I applied the patch but after some tweaking I no longer get error messages when loading but I still get bounced back to the desktop.
The GPL program starts to load, I see a blue bar flash at the top of the screen that says "[something] Screen", then I see the opening GPL Screen and then the program shuts down and I get bounced back to the desktop.
I took some tips from the Matrox FAQ pages and adjusted the AGP Aperture and disabled Video cache in the BIOS as recommended. Also checked for IRQ conflicts etc. and have all the latest drivers.
Does anyone have any ideas??? This is THE premier racing sim IMHO and I really want to use my card! Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
