Q3A bug on Q3Tourney2

I sometimes hang Q3A single player in Q3Tourney2 when I jump through the slipgate directly from the jump pad in the main room. It repeatedly plays the jump pad sound effect a few times and then exits the game without resetting the graphics mode. I'm running the latest G400 releases (w/ TGL) and Q3A release. Has anyone heard of this bug?
