Superbikes 2000 and Win2000

Can someone help me with a problem i have, when i install superbikes 2000 on Win 2000 and Win 98se i can play the game once bu as soon as i exit from the game and then try and run it again it will show the ea logo then drop me back to the desktop this happens in both os's.

SBlive
latest drivers.
