Config For w2k Serious Sam Demo

I was wondering if anyone knew what commands had to be set/not set in the latest serious same demo for it to run correctly? I have tweaked with most of them and the demo continues to crash. I was just wondering if anyone had any success running the game with w2k and a G400 Max. Thanks
