Deus Ex and 32bit colour

How do you get 32 bit colour woring in Deus Ex, i've tried setting it to 32bit in game, and i've also tried actually going into the DeusEx.ini file and setting it through there. There isn't a setting in the preferences ingame setup screen thing (if anyone wants to know how to get that up within DeusEx e-mail me).
My pooter specs are below, any and all help apreciated.
