Windows 2000 monitor profiles?

Using the latest (beta) drivers for win2000, I cant seem to get pdesk to load, save or customize monitor profiles. It keeps saying that I need to select a windows monitor. I have allready selected a windows monitor.

Any ideas or smart fixes?
