Job fair tomorrow

So I'm heading to a job fair tomorrow and doing some research on the companies. Some of these places really sound like Initech. I know I can't be too demanding coming out of college with no "production level" experience. But damn, I don't want the life sucked out of me and end up hating being a programmer.

Date: "So what do you do?"
Me: "I make sure 1's are properly carried in payroll software."
