Since there Tech was run by monkies I complained to the Customer Services. They responded with Blah Blah more trainign crap etc. I told them you're talking bull I just want tech support to read and answer emails.
So Tech Support email me.
We have capped your line from 8 meg to 7.5 meg to see if it solves your problem.
The email they replied too says quite clearly If they read the damn thing. They would have seen it one line down from where they replied. "I solved the problem by disconnecting all night."
So a working line has had interleave put back on and capped.
