Straight from the Star Trek DVD special features.
In footage cut from the film Nero escapes from a Klingon prison, during which several Klingons are shown, but unfortunately in helmets. Still, it looks like the brow ridge is 'in', unless of course he goes with TOS style ridge-less Klingons to stay with the retcon-canon that their later appearance was because of an errant genetic experiment.
Anyhow, this was cropped and the gamma enhanced to see into the shadows a bit.
