Time for BSD? eWeek thinks so

eWeek has an article about choosing BSD over Linux at this time. Because of recent SCO legal troubles, adoption of Linux could be slowed. So why not choose BSD?

Bloat? Granted if you use Mandrake, Redhat, Suse.... but if you use something like Gentoo, Debian, Slackware..... No bloat :-)

I didn't have much luck getting FreeBSD to work on my Desktop system, maybe I'll try it out later on... but right now I have everything working quite nicely with Libranet :-)

My Parhelia is working, I can play Neverwinter Nights on it, it's smooth it's fast, it's fun for all the family

(Can't wait 'til Gnome 2.4 comes out....)

Don't worry the bloat will find you. Linux at one time wasn't bloated then started the magical growth.
Chief Lemon Buyer no more Linux sucks but not as much
