Yes, you are right. All Rainbow Runners have been able to capture from/display to both NTSC and PAL.

The original RR didn't have a TV tuner, this was a seperate card. The G-Series RR does have a TV Tuner on board and this is region specific.

R-Runner NTSC-PAL (agin?)

I know there has been a lot of topics about the runners PAL & NTSC capabilities.
I'm pretty convinced that it both capture pal/ntsc and displays it on pal/ntsc tv's.

My question is:
If I buy the Runner G-series in USA, will everything work OK except the tv tuner?

Btw, I'm using a G400 MAX.
