No buttons on my remote?

When i start pc-vcr remote, everything seems fine ,exept my remotecontrol; there are no buttons on it as displayed on the picture when this program starts. So no button can be selected.
With Quick connect, everything looks fine al the sources are detected good.
Anyone who know this problem?

Yep, you could try a search on "button" on the forum topics, this will give you plenty of information.

Just to shortcut, it is likely that you installed into a non-standard directory. Try unistalling the video tools and then reinstalling accepting the default directory.
