Can someone advise the maximum quality settings to use with the Morgan MJPEG Codec when creating a file for playback with the RR?
Also the max kb/s?

You have to make your own experiments and find the quality that gives the individual frame size less than 3.6 MB/sec divided by your frame rate. The value depends on your movie.
