Dual Mystique's and RR's
Hello, can I use the RR with a dual card setup? If so, can I use one RR or do I need 2?
If I cannot do this, should I get the g400 to do dualhead video editing?

Is this a RR-S with a Mystique 220 or is it the G-series. If it is the RR-Studio with Mystique 220 then yes you can use RR with a dual card setup. However, the RR must be attached to the primary video card. -
According to the powerdesk app, the first card runs at 220MHz and the second runs at 135MHz.
The cards are identical in every way, except that one runs faster than the other, and the faster one has a serial number that the powerdesk reports while the slower one does not.

Sounds like you have a Mystique 220 as your primary card. You then must attach the RR to this card and all should work great.
