Matrox Marvel G200 and another card + two monitors

    Hi All,

    Back to an old question.
I have a Matrox Marvel G200 PCI card and also a MAtrox Millenium and a Matrox Mystique card.

What I would like is to have two graphics cards in my system and drive two displays under Win98se and be able to capture and display back video...

Matrox told me originally last summer that drivers would be available for this. Now they say they will not be available.

    What's the problem here ?

Matrox told me they know of some setups where this all works but refused to give me more specific details.

Anyone here have this working ?

    All the best.
    John.

Well It isn't something that everyone tries every day, so I can't guarantee the results.

Have you tried the 5.25/1.51 driver combination ? This was the most stable that I can remember across most systems

I’m using a Marvel g200 agp and a old millennium pci and it works just fine for me.

        Hi Sao,This_Idiot,

My Marvel is a PCI version.
Don't know if this will make much difference, from the driver viewpoint.

What versions of the drivers are you using ?
Also does Video capture work for you too ?

I was told recently ny Matrox that dual graphics cards are not offically supported and I was on my own.
They also pointed to Video capture as being the big problem....

        Thanks for any feedback.
        Regards
        John.
