G400 + Pinnacle Studio PCTV

Any expert can tell me how can I get my G400DH32MB working well with Pinnacle Studio PCTV? The local technical support guy of Pinnacle distributor told me that most of the Pinnacle products like DV300, DV200, MP10 and Studio PCTV can't work with G400. How can G400 be so incompatiable with those popular desktop video cards? Please help me!

I had no problems with a G400 / PCTV combo. What is your problem?

My problems are that :-
1) I can't pass the last two tests provided by PCTV Assistant, i.e. TV function and capture function. It always prompts me I have resource conflict, however, I've checked "My Computer" Device Setup, nothing has conflict, so strange!!!
2) I can't change the input source in the PCTV Vision program. The source is depending on what source that I chose from Vidcon32 software
3) I can't tune to any TV channel in PCTV Vision software.

P.S. : However, I can use the capture function of PCTV through the Video & S-Video input.

Please help!!
