Pinout for RR studio connector?

Does anybody happen to know the pinout for
the 15 pin video in/out adpater that came with rainbow runner studio for mystique (original, not G200)? This plugged in below the monitor connector on the Mystique.

Yeah, well I'm gonna build my own lunar space lander! With blackjack aaaaannd Hookers! Actually, forget the space lander, and the blackjack. Ahhhh forget the whole thing!

I know the pinouts which were in the Mystique manual not the Rainbow Runner. You use to be able to download the manual online. It appears you can only get the Mystique 220 manual online which don't include the pinouts! I will post them later (after I find my manual).
