New drivers for NT 4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This will prove my lack of info, but here it goes: Do the new drivers enable all the options available in win98? Or is there still some functionnality missing in the NT drivers?

No I can't get the file from the web site either. You can get the older file though.
