Black and White using LSX!

Hi, I captured some video off a really old tape and when I went to encode into Mpeg-1 using LSX about half way though it went black and white. All the other tapes I tried where fine. I installed LSX again, captured video section again and it still happened. It's not on the original AVI either. It is really anoying though becuase I wanted to put it on video CD so it wouldn't degrade anymore. Any help would be appriated, thanx.

Hi, I had the same problem yesterday with a no good quality vhs-tape, but I use the panasonic Mpeg encoder. Original avi = all color and mpeg goes white, color, white etc.
No solution yet.
