G400Marvel w/ Linux?

I've got some friends trying to get me to switch to Linux, but I don't know if my Marvel will work cross platform or not - Has anyone else tried this? Maybe just use G400 drivers? It would be great to try NLE on a different OS even if only for a comparison.

But the problem ends not there: the NLE systems for Linux are primitive compared with, say, MSPro.

Only one answer: dual boot.
