the Premiere 5.5 needs license # or an earlyer licensed Premiere to be upgraded wit this one.
The date in the Readme file is May 1999!?

People, unless I am tottaly blind,
this Premiere 5.5 is a hoax.
I installed it, but I could not find a single difference between the 5.5 and the 5.1 version.
The help file is called prem50.hlp, and inside you can read "What's new in Premiere 5.0".
Adobe itself doesnt mention any Premiere 5.5 in its website.
So, somebody is making a fool out of us.
