RRS Capture options missing
Hi. I did clean install of Win98SE and installed Mystique220+RRS drivers downloaded from Matrox (Jan 99 version). Did HDD speed test and so but for some reason when using AVI_IO, Virtualdub or Mediastudio to do captures Matrox driver wont let me choose resolutions over 352x288 eg. 352x576 & 704x576 are grayed out. CPU is Celeron 400, 192MB RAM, 13GB IDE for captures, another for system. All resolutions were available on same machine prior reinstallation Win98SE. Don't get it. Actually I had same problem long time ago with OSR2 but can't remember I solved it. Matrox PC-VCR lets me to capture at full resolutions with maximum imagage quality. Drops some frames but that's another thing.
Actually it drops frames only when there's bold white subtitles on screen. Actually I just remembered that it's exactly the reason why I dumped whole video capturing thing for a year. Damn subtitles..
