Saving PC/VCR channel setup

I just read Mark F's post, and although I don't know the answer, it brought up a pet peeve with me about PC/VCR. Why is there no way to save the channel setup? This way, when reinstalling/upgrading you don't have to redo the order and type in the new channel names again? I'm sure its just a matter of an .ini file or registry keys holding the info, so it should be too hard to backup.

The file is vp.ini in your windows folder.
