    DV software?

    I need cheap or free software to simply view DV input on a computer. I just need to verify a camcorders operation, nothing more. I work for Circuit City, I get camcorders in claiming the 1394 doesn't work. I just got a TI based card and a cable, but I can't seem to view or capture from the camcorders.
    I have Ulead 5.0 from my RRG. Is there something special I have to do to use it. I tried it but couldn't get it to work.

      Download AMCAP.EXE from http://www.adstech.com/downloads/pyro.html

      Should work with your TI card in Win98SE.

                  Yes, program is exactly what I needed. The camcorder really didn't transmit DV, first one to really have the problem. Lucky I had another camcorder to test it with.
