NEW Vid Tools Under WINXP

Has anyone gotten these new 2.04 vidtools to work under winxp? This is the error I get while trying to install the tools...

I have tried these tools with the new 2.39 and the other 2.52 video drivers and the same thing occurs...I am using a Rainbow Runner and a G400 32mb Dual Head...Please help if ya can...

What build are you using? Did you uninstall the older drivers and tools? Myself i'm using win XP RC1 and Marvel G400-TV and it works evne if not 100%. THe problem i have is that when i close down AVI_IO it reboots my computer. That is an "feature" i could live without

I was using beta2, will install RC1 in two weeks.
The install went ok.
avi_io works fine. I can capture MJPEG fine, but no YUY2.
