Yes, it's true! The upgrade to full MSP 6.0 was available via the VideoStudio 3.0 that I got with my 1394 card.

Hi!

The MSP 6 upgrade isn't an upgrade:it's the full version. This is why you can obtain it normally only from ULead official importers or the company itself and not from a retail outlet. You have to provide "proof of purchase" (or serial #) before they let you have it (my experience). It can install on a computer without any other version or Ulead product installed.
