Okay I'll bite...... what's the catch. The retail version of MS Pro 6 goes for $495 on Ulead's website. The Pyro plus all the other goodies seems like a bargoon to me. What am I missing?

Basically, nobody buys editing software without a bundle. From day one its been cheaper to buy a bundle and throw the hardware away if you don't need it!

This way Adobe, Ulead, etc. can duck all support issues refering you to the hardware vendor who's basically clueless about the bundled software.

Given all the bugs in Premiere 4 & 5 it was probably the only way Adobe would have any workers available to develop version 6 :-)
