TV screen size can't adjust.

I just installed my new RRG in my computer. I have installed the lastest version of Video Tools and the card works fine other than the fact that I cannot get a proper 4:3 aspect ratio. The video picture is wide and narrowlike a 16:9 but the setting wont change it. I am runnig the following hardware and settings:

Asus A7v-133
Athlon 900
256mb PC 100 Ram
Matrox G400max
2-21" Mitsbishi Diamond Pro Monitors
40gig IBM Deskstar

oops, also video settings are 1024x768 at 16bit res

1. did you try dragging the right side of the box to the left?

2. how about moving that PC-VCR window down and to the right, shrinking it to 1/4 sizee and then reposting the pic?

is this what you wanted to see, and yes I tried dragging the window, I can but video stays in left up corner
